1. Standard Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
2. Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Refund Processing:

Custom-cut hoses or any custom-made items may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective.
